Shaheer Bin Ramzan

Software engineer and full stack SEO specialist from Pakistan. I build MilePaceLab, write its guides and check every calculation. My expertise is software, data and search. It is not coaching or medicine.
About me
I am a software engineering graduate of the University of Lahore, Islamabad Campus (2023), and a full stack SEO specialist with five years of professional experience. I also work as a WordPress developer. I am based in Pakistan and I am a tech enthusiast who is currently learning agentic AI and AI agents.
Why I built MilePaceLab
I looked for one place that had running pace tools, clear explanations and sources together. I found the pieces on different sites, so I built one free platform with all of them. There is no login or signup, and the numbers you type into a calculator stay in your browser. The goal is simple: give runners accurate answers fast, and show how each answer was calculated.
Experience
For five years I have done SEO for businesses in real estate, healthcare, SaaS, e-commerce, blogging and local services. My clients have been in Pakistan, the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and the wider GCC region.

I completed a data analytics course through Excellence Delivered (ExD), a technology and training company in Lahore, and several SEO certifications. How I make the content on this site
- One tested formula library. Every calculator and chart uses the same code, and automated tests check each published table and example. See the methodology.
- Sources you can check. Facts and studies are cited, with links where a stable source exists.
- AI assistance, disclosed. I use AI tools such as Claude for research, drafting and quality checks. I review the output and I am responsible for what is published.
- Corrections. If you find an error, tell me. I fix it and log it on the methodology page.
What I am not
I am not a running coach, doctor or exercise scientist. Pace conversions are arithmetic, which I verify with tests. For training, injury or health decisions, talk to a qualified professional and read the disclaimer.
