Before you write

Many answers are already on the site. The methodology page lists every formula, constant and source. Each calculator page has a short list of questions and answers, and the guides cover common topics such as how to calculate running pace.

Report a wrong result

Send the page address, the values you entered, the result you saw and the result you expected. If you have a source, include it. Confirmed errors are fixed and logged on the methodology page.

Suggest a tool or a guide

Tell us the question you are trying to answer and what the pages you found online did not give you. New pages are added when they answer a real question and can be checked against a source or a test.

Privacy requests

To access, correct or delete personal data, or to withdraw consent, write to the same address and say what you want. See the privacy policy for your rights.

Business and advertising

For partnerships or sponsorship, include your company and what you propose. Sponsored content would always be labeled and would not change calculator results.
