Privacy policy

Effective 2 November 2026. Numbers you type into a MilePaceLab calculator are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers. The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts at launch.

Who we are

MilePaceLab (milepacelab.com) is operated by Shaheer Bin Ramzan, Pakistan. Contact: contact@milepacelab.com.

What we collect

  • Calculator inputs. Times, distances and speeds you enter stay in your browser. We do not store or receive them.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time, to run and secure the site.
  • Search performance data. We use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to see how our pages appear in search results. These tools report search data to us and do not set cookies on this site.
  • Your messages. If you email us, we keep the message and your address to reply and to keep a record of corrections.

We do not run analytics on this site at launch, and we do not show ads.

How we use data

We use data to run and secure the site, to fix errors and to answer messages. We do not use calculator inputs for any other purpose.

Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

We rely on legitimate interests to keep the site secure and working, and on the performance of answering your message when you write to us. If we later add cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first.

If we add advertising or analytics

We may apply to show ads through Google AdSense in future. Before any ads or analytics appear, we will update this policy and the cookie policy, add a consent tool where the law requires it and list the cookies used. When ads are shown through Google, third-party vendors including Google use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s previous visits to this and other websites. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help run the site, such as our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period. We keep emails only as long as needed to answer them and keep records of corrections.

International transfers

Our hosting provider and the search tools named above may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, they use legal safeguards for those transfers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent and to complain to your data protection authority. To use a right, contact us.

Children

MilePaceLab is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, loads fonts and scripts only from its own domain and sends security headers that limit what a page can load. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and change the effective date above.
